Free Delivery Islandwide

At Dreams Avenue, we aim to make your shopping is enjoyable as it should be. Orders above S$80 automatically enjoy free Registered Mail delivery! Orders below S$80 will be charged a flat rate of $3 for Singpost Registered delivery. Courier delivery will be charged at a flat rate of $8.



14 Days Return

Got the wrong size for your little one? Does the item not fit although it is the right size? As parents, we understand that the little ones grow quickly and at different paces. We understand that busy parents need to find time to return an item, and thus we offer a 14 days return policy from the date of delivery. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Criteria below.



More on Local Delivery:

  • Dreams Avenue is unable to amend or combine orders which were separately made once they have been confirmed. Kindly ensure that the correct size, colour and address have been input prior to making your purchase. We are not responsible for loss of parcel if you have entered the wrong address for delivery.


  • All orders are processed within 2-3 Business days upon verification of payment after which the parcel is handed over to our delivery partner. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays (Singapore).


  • Registered Mail/Regular Delivery


Registered mail or regular delivery comes with a tracking number which will be sent to you via email within the same day of mailing. Once received by the delivery partner, it normally takes about 1 – 3 working days for your parcel to arrive. You can check the status of your parcel from tracking link provided. Please note that the speed of delivery is not controlled by Dreams Avenue. Typically the parcels will be delivered to your door. If there is no one answering the door at the time of delivery, a notification slip will be left for you to collect your parcel at the nearest post office in case of Singpost or delivery shall be re-scheduled by other providers.


  • Courier Delivery

Orders sent via Courier will require your handphone number to confirm details of your delivery. Once we confirm the order, we will contact you via email or mobile to choose your day and and time preferred, as available. Typically orders can be sent out in 1 working day unless courier is fully booked.



International Shipping:

  • International Shipping is available! The cart will automatically calculate the shipping cost to your destination depending on the weight of your items.
  • Please note that any local country specific import (or other) taxes applicable in your country of destination will need to be settled by you directly.



Returns and Exchanges:

  • Defective/Faulty and Incorrect Items


We apologize if we have sent you a defective or faulty / incorrect item!  Please inform us in order to return it in exchange for another or a credit note of equal value for your next purchase with us! Please note that we do not offer cash refunds.



  • Size Exchanges


As parents, we understand fully how our children grow at their own pace and how one size does not fit all! If the item does not fit your little one, please inform us in order to return it in exchange for another or a credit note of equal value for your next purchase with us! Please note that we do not offer cash refunds.


Returns and exchanges are subject to the following criteria:

Returns & Exchanges Criteria

  • All return/exchanges must be received within 14 days of the original delivery date.
  • Delivery date is the date we have sent the parcel to Singpost.
  • All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Promotional and sale items and swimwear are final sale.
  • Gifts may be returned for store credit only.
  • If applicable, all items must be returned with their original tags and accessories (including removable belts, straps, brooches, etc.).



Returns & Exchanges Details

  • Returns/exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the package.
  • Refunds will only be issued with store credit if the exact same item is out of stock.
  • The buyer is responsible for all delivery fees. Original and return delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • We will send your new exchange order with complimentary regular Singpost delivery.



Terms & Conditions

  • We inspect all returns/exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse an exchange or a refund in store credit based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial, store credit, and a 20-50% restocking fee.
  • Please consider Registered Mail for your return/exchange package as Dreams Avenue is not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information.
  • By purchasing from dreamsavenue.com.sg, you accept these terms and conditions.



How to Make a Return/Exchange

  • Review our criteria above and make sure the items are eligible for a Return/Exchange
  • Send us an email at support@dreamsavenue.com.sg with the title “Item Return: (Order Number)” and specify the following:           
  • Order number
  • Item to be returned
  • Reason for returning the item
    • If for defective or incorrect items, please snap a picture of the defect or the incorrect item and attach in the email
  • You will receive a reply from us within 2 business days and if you are eligible for a return, we will inform you the return address.
  • Send your package back to us via the most affordable shipping method of your choice. If available, we recommend Singpost Registered Mail for tracking purposes. Please note that you will have to bear the postage cost of returning the item to us.
  • Upon receipt, we will exchange for another item of the same specification or extend you a credit note for your next purchase.
